They come with excellent multiple workout routines, excellent variety in weight level settings and excellent muscle group usage. Some of the workouts include adjustable chest press, abdominal crunch, high and low pulleys, leg extension / leg curl. These top of the range models are really becoming the territory of gyms.
Always read the instruction manual carefully before use to ensure that you are using the machine correctly. Make sure you know how to move the machine from one setting to another. Never use a machine that has too difficult a weight for you to lift. Lifting weights that are too heavy is a safety risk that could lead to serious injury.
